Hilary Duff turns 28 on the 28th of September in 1997. Houston is the city the place where her birthplace was. Her fame grew quickly and is now one of today's most loved and popular actors. Hilary was the child of Susan Duff, Robert Erhard Duff as well as Haylie Duff. Hilary Duff aspired to be like her older sister and started traveling with her when she was a little girl. Although the dancer enjoyed it, she discovered her real passion in front of the camera, and her young talent was soon able to begin an acting career.
